Recipe Roundup – Dinner Time!

Recipe-Roundup---Dinner-Tim

Hello! I hope you all are  enjoying this April day! We love April, except for the allergies. (And this allergy season has already been a doozy!) Hoping for a few more April showers, but not any crazy storms. How about you?

I have been thinking for some time about putting together a list of recipes that I have gathered from the web that we use on a regular basis in our menu planning. A Recipe Roundup gives a pretty good list of many of the dishes we have come to love and use often. I get requests for recipes all the time, and this is a good way to provide a central location where I can share them with anyone who may want them.

I thought I would start with recipes for dinner dishes. Everyone (including me!) gets tired of the same-ol’-same-ol’ for dinner every night, and it seems we are always looking for something new to make for dinner. Hopefully you can get some new menu ideas from this list. Every one of these recipes has been tried (some many times over) and gotten great reviews by my family. The ones without links are recipes I have and use, but haven’t gotten online yet–either it’s an original, an old family recipe I can’t find online, or I have changed it up so much that I need to repost it. If you see one of those you’re dying to have before I get it uploaded, please message me and I will send it to you! I will keep adding more as I continue to find and test more great recipes.

AAAAAAANNNNNNNDDDDDDD, I don’t want it to stop there! Please share YOUR favorite recipes in the comments so that we can share the love even more!

One note: I changed a few of the names of the dishes in the list from “Slow Cooker” to “Crock Pot”, so they would all come up together for easier searching. You might notice that I kinda like crock pot recipes ;)

Chicken Dishes:

Beef Recipes:

Seafood: I’m not a big seafood fan, so I don’t have many of these recipes, but I do have more in my personal cookbook than I was able to find online to post. I will have to get them posted soon so I can link to them here. This ONE recipe I linked to is really good though ;)

Meatless Dishes:

Recipes marked with a ** indicate those that we can eat on our healing diet!

Don’t forget to share a favorite recipe with everyone in the comments! I will do another Recipe Roundup sometime in the future with Breakfast recipes! YUM! Have a blessed day!

Wow, Susan. You’ve made ALL these several times over??? I should never call myself a cook ever again.

    • Haha, Beverly. You have to understand that I have been collecting recipes and cooking for more than 20 years. Some of these I have had that long, so naturally they have gotten lots of use! There are a few on here that I have only made once or twice only because they are recent additions. But some of our favorites have been made dozens of times! :)
